1) The Jews ARE innocent of all those claims insofar as Gazans use human shields and shoot missiles from inside schools and hospitals.
2) It was necessary to stop the incessant missiles emanating from Gaza, from Hamas.
2) Even the UN knows we didn't kill that boy, couldn't cover up the truth, much as they would love to do so.

How odd that you would claim that this report concludes that "Jews are declared innocent, exonerated". Have you read the report? It brings great shame on our soldiers and their officers.

I suggest you actually read the report you think is exonerating our soldiers before writing another "we're great, they're not" puff piece.

Ravi, you don't actually know any part of any history or law, do you?

Are you aware that the UN has no right to either create or destroy states?

What the UN voted on was the partition plan as per its Charter mandate. The establishment of the State of Israel was performed by the Jewish administration the day after the vote. Then other states acknowledged it under the Montevideo Convention.

The UN vote was merely icing on the cake.

Koen, there's an expression: pretty is as pretty does. Turkey doesn't act like a democracy. Not long ago, Israelis flocked to Turkey as a vacation spot. Now they don't. There's a reason for that. Things have changed. Turkey was once a democracy. Today that's debatable.

looking forward to that too. Still, it is a slippery slope, refusing to call a 50+ year functioning democracy a democracy just because you disagree with its policies. I have the same problem with people that refuse to call Israel or the US a democracy. In your case, you could defend the use of 'liberal democracy', but even that is not the term you used.

Thanks, Brian. I goofed on the date. However, I don't see that confronting the journalists does any good. Invariably, Jew and Israel hatred win out. Yeah. Some people cry out. But it always blows over.

If itr makes any difference…. for the record, I dont worship any idol, 15 armed or not:I love eating cows in more ways than you do… I also eat pigs, you must try them also, Im sure you'll love the bacon.
If the UN of 55 odd country's had not voted to do so there would have been no Israel… Creation or partition is irrelevant.
