For sure.. Jesus left no bones behind. I mean, I have experienced miracles in my life and I have seen and heard angels. However, I did not have an angel visible and talk to me but their was an angel that did talk to me once. So, I know for a FACT that yes, God is real, angels are real, and Jesus God's son died on the cross for our sins, shedding HIS blood, being the ultimate sacrifice for our sin. If you accept God's gift then you are free from your sin. If you do not accept God 's gift then you have to pay for it yourself, through eternal death., If you Let GOD give you HIS GIFT then you are FREE from this death. The choice is yours

Arafat invented the PA about 60 years ago after he was thrown out of Jordan.

Compare the 60 yrs of the fake PA (Jordanians). With the 3000 yrs of Jewish history in this land and then see if you can work out who are the usurpers and occupiers.!!!

The Arabs committed WAR CRIMES by attacking the sovereign state of Israel on four occasions.

Israel won territory in defensive actions and owes the Arabs war mongers nothing !!!

Good luck finding and definitively identifying any Natufians, Ghassan. For that matter, good luck finding - and positively identifying - any pre-Phoenician Canaanites. You *might* have a point with the Phoenicians, yet they were spread out over such a wide range (from Egypt to Macedonia) it might be hard to tell which modern descendants have ancestors which lived in "Palestine" - and by that time, there may have been smaller Israelite city-states, as well.

Okay rather than argue any points already given or theories already thrown out there, I will simply state some simple observations and argue a basic POSSIBLE case. In the one "Jonah"Ossuary with the supposed whale/amphora there is appears to be a gate of Tholos, evidenced by the gate outside the tomb with the rising sun coming through the lentil, and the symbols on the boxes themselves. The bellshaped "window" cut in fours on one side, the gate itself on the side next to the "amphora fish" and several other thematic items that match. It is possible, however remotely, you are looking at the ossuaries of a Jewish family from the area of Tall Šēḫ Ḥamad. This would explain the Specific geometric form of art on your "fish", the Palm fronds, the markings on the other Ossuary, the poorly formed Ivrit, and several other anomalies found that do not match other known ossuary of the time and period. As you know Tall Šēḫ Ḥamad was part of the Roman/Parthian Period during the 1st century ce. Trade with Israel was a given. In short sir,you could have a fine example of a Syrian or Jewish Syrian tomb. Even if it is a Jonah whale that does not mean it is a Christian motif in this circumstance. The person inside could have been a fisherman for all you know. :) Which might totally throw you all for loop, but worth looking into. After all, this is supposed to be a science, not a race to be the first to find Reliquaries., right?????????

I am an archaeologist as well, just not in the field anymore. I am not impressed thus far with any of the interpretations I have seen though as they seem too thrown together and do not show a defined thematic and ossuary are if anything, thematic. I will gather together some art from that period and place to present. In the meantime, you are there on the ground, and can look for the evidence to prove or disprove my concept (not theory) with more rapidity do to location. Have Fun:)
