Kol HaKavod! Finally someone who speaks the truth and tells it straight like it is! G-d bless you! Please keep writing on TOI blog posts here. We really need afresh and reasonable perspective instead of all these self-hating, bleeding heart lefties who can't see the forest thru the trees! They want to give everything back and say its not their fault for launching rockets at us. What fools!

I think the above "journalist" forgot to mention that one of the key aims of Hamas is to rid the Palestinian lands of the illegal settlements that have been created by the Zionist state.

It should be easy to understand what motivates the US, EU and the UN by their abject failure, impotence, lip service to end the Muslim on Muslim genocide going on in Syria for 20 months now with thousands of dead women, children, civilians.
Little outnumbered Israel is much easier to intimidate and push around than Bashar Assad.
This is not about stopping Hamas but stopping Israel.
The object is no matter what threat Israel faces is to restrain Israel and keep the tiny infidel nation from ever defeating another Arab army ever again.
Their concern is not civilian casualties as witnessed by Syria but to save the Arab/Islamic world from losing face to another crushing defeat by a very tiny non Muslim nation in their midst whom they have no intention of making peace with and every open intention of destroying with the help of 'ceasefires' and their partners, the US, EU, Russia and UN.
