I'm not sure to be mad or feel sorry for you! this is why US/Reform/reconstructionist/egalitarian Jewry has so many problems. They want to assimilate so badly and they haven't got a clue of what Judaism is all about! They think it just a bunch of customs and rituals that they can twist and turn to their liking. But they are wrong just dead wrong about it and what they are doing is a farce. The only question I have if it's on purpose or just plain naivety?
