Schumer's constitutional duty is not to Israel. He is a US Senator (granted I know this is the Times of Israel). The real issue is how he can vote for someone like Hagel in any regard, a person so absolutely incompetent and anti-American to become the next SecDef of the USA. That is the real question that no one really is asking. Isn't it about time someone did?
