Jesse Paikin is a displaced Canadian who thrives on living in other countries. Originally from Toronto, he is a rabbinical student at Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion, currently residing in Jerusalem. Jesse recently spent five years working in New York City as a professional at a Jewish nonprofit before deciding that "so, what made you decide to become a rabbi?" was a question he desperately wanted to answer at least five times a day. Among other things, Jesse is a voracious music listener, a vegetarian pretending to be a vegan, and a lover of the hidden fedex arrow.
