Martin Ingall is President of Technology Information Corporation. He has worked with American and Israeli defense industries to identify emerging defense technologies, and has authored studies on US-Israel special ops cooperation and on military aid. He is the former deputy director of Executive Branch Relations at AIPAC, where he was responsible for US-Israel defense and economic relations. He holds an MA degree in Middle Eastern Studies from Harvard University.
