Lock them up there until a deal is reached. We all know the basic parameters of what a two-state solution will look like. There's no reason some 'encouragement' provided in that form can't help seal the deal and get it done. Then, if the Palestinians want to turn around and reject the deal that's their problem. They will have once again proven Abba Eban right about never missing an opportunity to miss an opportunity and that will be that.

That seems to be the mess, what is that he wants to do? It's like a rudderless ship in this aspect.

Agreed on Lapid and Bennett as well, they seem have goals. I am still trying to figure what Likud-Betainu's actual goals are.

I think the real question is what does Bibi want anyhow? In this most recent term, he seemed to justify his inaction by alternatively claiming that Washington or his coalition were just too strong for him to do what he wanted to do (whatever that is). No wonder Lapid and Bennet did so well — despite their differences on the peace process they are untied in their call for all Israelis to do something — both to share the burdens but also actually affect their country.
