Why not? It's easy to do from the comfort of a recliner… but let's be honest, nobody really wants to be too honest. Let's not look too deeply at the issue, having a good idea what we'd find.

The lights are off, flicker for a minute when tapped, but then stay off. If someone has a good idea how to change the bulb (how many rabbi's does it take… never mind with the light bulb already!) it's welcome… but start checking the switch, wiring or panel… that's going too far! Why? Because that would reveal all the Jerry-rigged wiring and over-taxed circuits.

You're wanting to be told it's just the bulb and where you can get a new one at a discount… or that you just have to run another extension cord off of another splitter from the sparking outlet in the corner.
