I was a New Yorker too also. Leftists democrats, (who unfortunately do not do Judaism a big favor and assimilate) have redefined Judaism as social Justice and defined social Justice as the American leftist socialist dogma where LEGALLY
some minorities are "good" (oppressed deserving of help)) some are not are bad (oppressors all of whose actions are interpreted as evil towards the first category). Israelis are in the bad group and the leftists democratic socialists are incapable of perceiving things in any other way at this point. Every time they open their mouths (however much you and I may be revolted) from the world's perspective they are representing Jews.

The only solution is to act, adopt effective tactics used by our worst enemies.. Goebells propoganda based on "The big Lie" (repeat it enough and it becomes true. Soviet methods of "brainwashing" alive and well in our schools, and Muslim tactics that have effectively convinced the the world that up is down and reality is imagination and Muslim is a peaceful religion.

It's relevant today to point out that most of the story of Hanukkah happened in the historic Jewish heartland of Judea and Samaria.

Judea and Samaria were part of the former Ottoman Empire territory designated in 1920 at the San Remo conference as the “reconstituted” national home for the Jewish people. It remained so even twenty seven years later when a recommended reduction of the allocation was unanimously rejected by the Arabs.

A few years after the 1948 Jordanian invasion of that territory and throughout the subsequent 19 year illegal occupation, the Arab invaders renamed it the West Bank of Jordan. After their expulsion in 1967 many called the area the West Bank as if the Arab invasion and occupation had legitimacy.

It’s ironic and immoral that some of those celebrating Hanukkah today insist that Jews have no right to live on the very land on which the Maccabees fought to preserve the Jewish people. I wonder what the leaders of B'nai Jeshuan say to the Maccabees about the "tone" of their letter.

There is nothing worse than SELF-HATING JEWS as this " synagogue " pours out their hate for Israel and their love of Hamas and the palestinians cause. These New York Jews ( and I am an ex New Yorker ) are in bed with the liberal policies of the white-black obama and his disdain for the State of Israel and for the Jewish People. This will all come back to roost to those who put this hater of Israel in office….So let Jeshurun run their mouths off and kiss the backsides of those who try to eliminate Israel and the Jewish People.

There you go again, psalm, leaving it all up to God to sort out and knowing full well that you, I and everyone else should be being far more proactive in these matters.

You see, what if God does, indeed, sort it out and, let's say, he does so on the 21 st of this month when all that spooky galactic alignment business is calculated to happen. OK, fine but where then is the part we're supposed to play in all this. Or are we mere spectators, helpless onlookers with no means to intervene in our fate, no control over what is to be our final destiny?

Quite franky, psalm, if that's how it's going to be, then it amounts to a piss-poor exit for the human race.
I mean, it'll make us all look bad; Arab, Jew, Christian, atheist or whoever. We just couldn't figure it out for ourselves, could we? We needed the Big Guy upstairs to come to the rescue.

Wouldn't you think, psalm, that, after all the time humanity has logged on this planet, we really should be starting to work out some things for ourselves by now?
