Crispy Baked Chicken With Honey Mustard Sauce

Here is a terrific dish when you really don’t have a lot of time to do much else.

Crispy Baked Chicken With Honey Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

2 Kosher Chickens, each cut into 8 pieces
2 tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 ½ cups All Purpose Flour
½ cup Potato Chips, crushed
1 dash of Cayenne Pepper ( I like a bit more)
Salt and freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste

Honey Mustard Sauce

½ cup Pareve Mayonnaise (I make this myself.)
½ cup Honey
½ cup Dijon Mustard

Directions

Chicken

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

In a large bowl add the chicken, oil, cayenne pepper and season liberally with salt and pepper.

In a large plastic Ziplock bag add the flour and the potato chips. Add the chicken to the bag and shake well. Place the chicken onto a large baking sheet and bake until the chicken has browned about 45 minutes.

Honey Mustard Sauce

In a bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, honey and mustard. Fin! That’s it nothing more to this sauce then that. Serve on the side.

Serve with a fresh salad, baked potatoes, a green vegetable and some fresh bread for a complete meal.
