Individual citizens aren&#039;t represented by distinct district politicians, and many of the larger parties don&#039;t even have primaries. The largest party that&#039;s promoting this idea, doesn&#039;t host primaries. The only thing that has the potential of representing (and protecting) the individual is a low voter threshold. 

Yes it makes some things difficult to get done. But then again...that&#039;s not always a bad thing.]]></description>
