France intends to take action against your Government, following the announcement of the construction of 3,000 housing units in the E1 area between Jerusalem and Ma'aleh Adumim. If the information conveyed by the newspaper Haaretz, proved to be true, your government would be well advised to anticipate this decision.

While French President François Hollande had said that France did not rally the request made by Abbas to grant the "Palestine" state observer status at the UN, France finally voted in favor of this resolution. The French Foreign Minister has said that even the capital of the "non-state" should be East Jerusalem.

Under these conditions, I demand that the government of Israel decided to expel ipso facto the Consul General of France in Jerusalem, Frédéric Desagneaux, which incidentally also has the rank of Ambassador. Since France considers this as a diplomat Ambassador in Palestine, it is so named in Gaza or Ramallah but not our capital he considers to belong to the Palestinians, not Israel.

Jerusalem, which is not even recognized as Israel's capital, has become the "capital of Palestine" without any concrete action is taken with respect to "our friends" who have betrayed us. It is your duty to act for the respectability of Israel is no longer jeopardized.

And so, diplomatic relations between Israel and France would be clarified.
