The difficulty then is to find some means of ensuring that Western (and Eastern) attitudes conform to a more universally acceptable method for dealing with various world crises and the consequent problems that follow in their wake.

To obtain access to such a fortunate state of affairs requires the ability to think laterally, to reverse the natural order and arrange matters so that no bias or preference can be ascribed to whatever path is then taken.

But first, what is needed is a prototype, an actual example of the technique in action. Any new device, especially one having life-changing properties, must perform at least one test run before its general use can be considered.
