Grilled Tuna Steaks with Pepper
This is a wonderful and spicy Grilled Tuna dish that is great for dinner.
4 Tuna Steaks
4 tbs. coarsely ground and cracked Black Pepper
4 tbs. Sesame Seeds
4 tsp Sesame Oil
6 cloves Garlic, crushed and minced
6 tbs. Soy Sauce
1 splash of Red Wine, as needed
4 tbs. Green Onions chopped
Combine black pepper, garlic soy sauce, onion, a splash or two of red wine and add the sesame seeds in bowl. Press tuna steaks into mixture, until coated on both sides. Preheat the grill and lightly oil the rack. Gill for 5-7 minutes per side. Flip the tuna only one time.
