Marissa – could you maybe expand on who these Arabs were that the Irgun supposedly killed? Because when we are talking about terrorist attacks in Israel, we are talking about the murder of innocents – like Hadas Fogel (3 month old whose throat was slit by Palestinian terrorists); Koby Mandell (14 year old who was beaten to death by a Palestinian); Malki Roth, who was murdered by a terrorist (Palestinian) at the Sbarro Pizzeria, and on and on. Can you name these Arabs…can you tell me that they were innocents? oh, and do you have any examples that aren't 65 years old? And, yes, anywhere NEAR the magnitude of what I could simply list by pointing you to dozens of Internet sites?

This was a really good article and I couldn't agree more with Dr Ahmed. This struggle is compromised on all sides and has led to fundamentalists and fascists diving in on both sides to whip up fear and hatred for their own goals giving scant regard to the innocent individual or it would seem peace in general. Undoubtedly there are huge problems on both sides of the fence. Wow I just read the post below and there it was as usual, the statement that israel is not to blame for anything, this is the problem, you can't ever accept that israel is a part of the cause of the problem. Settlements and Bibi"s stance etc ARE a part of the real problem. Israeli's have to stop wearing their ridicules blindfolds or nothing will change. You Israeli's just can't accept the horror you cause, unlike this noble individual Dr Ahmed. Wake up

In this 'Freedom-of-Expression-and-Association'-age of ours, folks just do not believe anymore in a God Who is alive and well, Who is The Author of The Holy Bible and that His Word is Truth. How does it say so fittingly in the Bible … '..as in the days of Noah, so shall it be at the end of Time … ' People don't even believe in the story of Noah and the ark…and so it goes on and on.
No Matter! He Who sits on The Throne of Heaven, LAUGHS at mere men.
'…like a Thief in the night …so shall The Coming of The Son of Man be …'
Israel was HIS IDEA – Israel is HIS INHERITANCE – the descendants of Avram as caretakers of His Land was HIS IDEA – His Covenant with Israel shall NEVER cease ( as He said: unless the sun, the moon and the stars cease to exist, then Israel shall also cease to be a Nation before Him)
As for me and my house, I will BLESS and SERVE The Lord God of Israel AND His People, wherever I have the privilege to befriend them. AM ISRAEL CHAI!

Europian Prince Giovanni , sorry to say so but you are a weird one – has ever any Jew done such things to you? You look so young and fresh on your photo … it makes me want to smile at you … where in the world did you pick up such horrible ideas and make them your own? You propose that the Muslims and Christians unite against the Jews … I shake my head in wonder: who told you THAT? Both the Quoran AND the Bible actually state the OPPOSITE – did you know that? As Dr Ahmed writes in her article above, the 'People of The Book' – the Jews – are CHERISHED by The Almighty and peaceful co-existence is encouraged – and the Christians (I am one of them) are encouraged to BLESS and LOVE them as a sign of our allegiance to The God both Jew and Christian believe in and follow.
You chose the wrong crowds of people, young Prince-G – true Muslims and true Christians would never-ever found in THAT camp.

Fahim, I saw none of Dr Ahmed 'falsely accusing all Moslems' in her brave article. On the contrary, she encourages the true followers of Islam to root out the cancer of Hamas Ideology from her cherished faith. When using words like 'us' and 'we' she simply defined a group of like-minded believers – she is NOT declaring all and sundry Muslims to be supporters of terrorist organizations.
Your comment of her being a 'Zionist propaganda mouthpiece' is very sad indeed – it often baffles me why Islam supporters are so afraid of any open words of self-inspection.
You also call Hamas a terrorist organization: wouldn't you agree- maybe only in the stillness of your own heart – that Islam would benefit from the expulsion of this murderous terror in it's midst?
