Seriously though, I would go even further than you have in your insightful piece – those who expect a higher standard of Israel than of the Palestinians are, in fact, patently racist. It is an ironic axiom that if a lower standard of behavior is expected, that is what will be delivered…. the expectation will be fulfilled. How patronizing of Palestinians to expect and accept a lower ethical standard. Geoff
