Michal, I have been using StrongVPN for 2 years now and only had one day in the 2 years when I really was unable to use it. It was a little slow during the Olympics. On average we use it to watch TV twice a week. With BBC iPlayer you can also download programs on the VPN and watch them later.

I have strongVPN and love the service. I have only to call them, get a tech and let them have at it with my computer. I did purchase a router with their software on it and the router company is excellent to deal with. We use Roku to access the TV and get everything we want except for British TV

I tried strong VPN and it was a nightmare! The tutorial didn't match my computer, they tried to put it on for me but I could not watch British TV. Not easy to use. We have gone back to Expat which is free, does have issues of being slow sometimes. If anyone has other suggestions for British TV which are easy to set up and turn on and off and not expensive, I would love to hear them. Jonny

Appreciate the information about the customs duty relief — that's always been a question, ever since they started charging on shipments of books and used clothes which were once duty-free.
