With the combined resources of every branch of law enforcement agency in the US directed towards apprehending the suspect, it was something from within himself that brought about his capture and an end to the lock-down of an entire city.
A state of mental lock-down seems to confine so many people in the world of today.
What will it take to release them from an imprisonment still very much of their own devising?
