Hamas and the rockets are unacceptable, without a doubt. But the above critique stops short of dealing with the fundamental problem of what happens if Hamas were to stop all the rockets. Let's say Hamas literally stopped every single rocket. Would that suddenly change the settlers' minds in Israel, and suddenly a two state solution would be aggressively negotiated? I doubt it. The problem is that it doesn't seem like either side wants peace or the political will to achieve it, thanks to extremists that are loud and powerful.

A procedure like this, though clearly controversial, is consistent with the U.S. Constitution. It is generally described, in America, as an "Eminent Domain" procedure … or a "taking." George W. Bush used the power of Eminent Domain to seize the land upon which he built the new Texas Rangers stadium in Arlington, TX. Generally speaking, I am opposed to the overuse of this power, but there are certain situations when it can be used for the public good and to resolve very difficult issues of property rights. To the extent that all parties follow the law, it is a peaceful procedure, which balances the interests of all parties fairly and provides for "just compensation" to those who are displaced. It is the perfect way to enact a peaceful, fair, and permanent resolution to the Israeli-Palestine situation.

I continue to believe that modern day Israel (including the West Bank and Gaza) is not big enough for both of these populations to co-exist peacefully. Therefore, Israel should take over both the West Bank and Gaza, and force the Palestinians to migrate to another Arab country. This can be done humanely in a manner that is consistent with the U.S. Constitutional Rights of the Palestinians, as follows.

A generous financial package should be given, along with citizenship in another Arab country, to each and every Palestinian, in exchange for their peaceful and involuntary evacuation of those lands and their abandonment of any and all future land claims in those areas. The money should be distributed directly to Palestinian citiznes, not through a Palestinian Authority. Those individuals who refuse the offer are free to stay and fight the Israeli military as it takes possession of those lands.

The NY Times is heading to bankruptcy, like other Anti-Jew media. They have now laid off a significant percentage of their staff and are only afloat because Carlos Slim has thrown money in. He did that with CompUSA for a few years and finally pulled the plug; the gaza based nazi owned haaretz has laid off hundreds and plans more layoffs as they implode thanks to an Israeli public no longer willing to finance Antisemitism. And then we see the low ratings and significant layoffs at CNN, NBC, and CBS and we see a momentum to eradicate media-promoted Jew hatred that will not be stopped.

The NY Times, under the leadership of its Episcopalian ownership (and yes the Ochs and Sulzberger families are NOT Jewish!) have a decades long tradition of Antisemitism coupled with their demands – as epitomized by hundreds of editorial and op-eds and countless thousands of Anti-Jew "news" articles. They have become the epitome of Jew hatred and neo-modern "mein Kampfism" which explains why amos schocken and his haartez quote from the nY Times so often and with such great glee.

And this week I've read a nice tweet , it goes something like this , and bare in mind it was in a reaction on a supporter of Hamas , and the fact that Israel has the Iron dome , so he stated , so no need to hit back.

" If you had a jockstrap that would take away 90% of your pain while I'm kicking you in your balls , would you not at some time slap my ass in return?"

NY Times , BBC , CNN..all the same crape as far as we watch it here in Israel.

The New York Times current agenda is one world government under UN auspices. In order to instritute one world government, one must take down nations, so the NYT begins with the most controversial of nations, Israel. If Israel can be taken down, then perhaps there is a chance in taking down the Great Satan, the USA, and forcing it to abandon its concept of exceptionality and knuckle under to the UN. That explains the anti-Israel hostility of Friedmann, Kritoph, Dowd, and others, who wake up every day cursing Israel.
