Utter nonsense. When Britain was at war there was censorship because the situation required it. Israel is STILL at war and there is EVERY need for censorship. It is probably better that we do not know everything - because some blabbermouth would be sure to tell all to those who have no business knowing in the first place. Israel's security is the major concern here - not the "right" to know what goes on behind closed doors. It may be "undemocratic" but is IS realistic. Get a grip.

That is the dumbest argument I have ever heard, YES its undemocratic, ill ask you a question Mati Gill would you break human rights or democratic values if that was your only choice when it comes to saving anyone in your family? (Maybe even yourself?) If the answer is yes then I will explain to you the idea of Security in Israel , there is a reason for gag order's and no it wasn't "too unlimited in scope and time to be justified" , there is a reason as to why it was unlimited , it could also very well be that nobody will ever know what happened , why? because there are things in security that cant be explained , you must be part of that security in order to state such things you stated in this blog , and I don't think even then your boss will allow you to speak of this matter , this is dangerous to our state.

There is a word I use for these types of situations.

"Tolerance doesn't mean tolerating intolerance ".

Anyway please respond.

Would this man be happy if someone suspected him of an affair and posted it on a bill board next to his home? Ben Zygier has been charged, according to the reports, but we don't know with what. If, as the news media are saying, it had to do with a Mossad hit, then we need to protect everyone he's been in contact with before we release any details. Even in a nice cushy garden, you kill the bugs.
