It seems not very different than what we have now, except that Arabs vote for Palestine, and pay taxes directly to Palestine. Ut's advantage would be people could say ok it's solved and live us (Jews Arabs) alone and increase the odds of getting to a real peace. Two nations , one border is better copy than one nation two states (not as in the USA) but not all that different.
