“Whenever we start a war, we shouldn’t do so for the purpose of gaining territory; at least not as a general rule. Instead we should do it for economic gains. This way everyone will see how powerful we are; and they will be in fear of our many international spies and agents who roam the earth without limitation.”
From the fraudulent, anti-Semitic, “Protocols of the Elders of Zion”
Remember how just two days ago everyone from Lebanese president Suleiman to Hezbollah head Nasrallah to the apparent perpetrators of the car bombing in the Dahiyeh suburb of Beirut were blaming Israel? The Lebanese president saw “Israel’s fingerprints”, Nasrallah saw “Mossad agents”, the perpetrators saw Nasrallah as an “Israeli agent.”
How long ago was it in Damascus that Assad was blaming Israel for trying to overthrow his brutal regime, and the equally brutal Syrian rebels were accusing Assad of being a Zionist collaborator? And let’s not even get started about Iran whose ayatollahs find Israeli spies behind every bush and tree in the country and hang them.
More than this, as we all know, every Egyptian is convinced that every shark off the coast of Sharm el-Sheikh is a Zionist provocateur. Back in 2012, a vulture was captured in the Sudan and accused of being an Israeli spy. Turkey nabbed and interrogated another bird three weeks ago on suspicion of being a Mossad agent.
The new sport this morning is blaming Israel for the unrest in Egypt.
“Western diplomats say that General Sisi and his circle appeared to be in heavy communication with Israeli colleagues, and the diplomats believed the Israelis were also undercutting the Western message by reassuring the Egyptians not to worry about American threats to cut off aid.”
Note the unnamed Western diplomats, appeared to be in heavy communication, with unnamed Israeli colleagues, and that “Israelis were also undercutting the Western message” . . . This is straight out the “Protocols” handbook: Zionists, Zionists everywhere–attempting to control the world.
Never mind that the Egyptian military has detested the Islamist Muslim Brotherhood since day one; never mind that the Gulf countries led by the U.A. E. and Saudi Arabia are pouring hundreds of millions of dollars into Egypt to support the Sisi government, never mind any of this–the Times article would even have us believe that Israel can now control whom the Obama Administration decides to provide aid to.
Israel, Israel, all the time Israel. Wherever there is a problem in the world, you can be sure it is being caused by Israel. No one, not Hezbollah, not Assad, not the Palestinians, not the Iranians, not the Muslim Brotherhood bear any responsibility whatsoever for their actions. After all, there are Israeli spies everywhere “who roam the earth without limitation.”
We are living in the days of the “Protocols of the Elders of Zion.”
