It seems safe to assume that.

But, who are you reffering to as a "sectarian party which represents the “looking out for ourselves” policy…who speak in the nastiest, most distasteful terms about other Jews simply because of political disagreements?" That seems like a pretty extreme statement to say – can you be more specific?
