Alexander Levkovsky was born in the former Soviet Union. He graduated from an Aircraft Institute and worked first as an aircraft engineer, and later as a screenwriter and director of scientific movies. After emigrating from Russia, he published more than 40 articles, essays, and short stories in the conservative American and Canadian media.
