Alfred A. Marcus, Edson Spencer Professor at the University of Minnesota, has written over twenty books on sustainability, governance, and ethics. An Israeli citizen since 1969 and longtime visiting professor at the Technion and Tel Aviv University, he connects public policy to contemporary debates about identity, power, and moral judgment. He has engaged directly with Israeli managers and students on questions of integrity, responsibility, and leadership in turbulent environments. His scholarship and writing examine how values guide decision-making in complex systems.
