Amichai Shdaimah grew up in Kibbutz Yakkum, and moved to the US with family in 1997. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Tel Aviv University and masters of technology management the from University of Pennsylvania. Currently, he is a project/engineering manager for a laboratory equipment company, and he is active in the local Israeli community of Greater Philadelphia, participating in the fight to save Israeli democracy and, post-October 7, in supporting Israel, the return of hostages, and against antisemitism. Amichai lives in Philadelphia suburb, and he has three grown children.
