Dr. Aryeh Tepper is a Senior Research Fellow and the Israel Studies Academic Adviser at SIGNAL (Sino-Israel Global Network & Academic Leadership) . He is also the Director of Publications for the American Sephardi Federation. He teaches at Ben Gurion University (BGU) and is a Senior Research Fellow at the BGU Center for Israel Studies in Sede Boqer.
