Ava Schwartz is a Tel Aviv–based writer and journalist from New Jersey. A Tel Aviv University graduate, she is starting her MA in creative writing at Bar-Ilan University this fall. Her work explores Jewish culture, identity, and politics through the lens of music as an American olah building an adult life in Israel.
