With a deep commitment to advancing equity and democratic values, Becca previously held the role of Senior Director of Development at Voting Rights Lab, where they led high-impact fundraising strategies that fueled the organization’s work to protect and expand voting access nationwide. They also guided strategic investment initiatives at Arena, an organization dedicated to empowering the next generation of Democratic leaders and campaign staff. Earlier in their career, Becca led philanthropic engagement and strategy at Bend the Arc.
