Originally from Sweden, Bettina Schwarzman made aliyah as a teenager. She studied at Hebrew University, then followed her rabbi husband to the US/ Canada, returning to Israel in 2024. When not writing, she works as a Hebrew/Judaism/Torah chanting tutor to overseas students of all ages. Previous writings include "Seders in the Basement and Story Hour at the Brodsky Library." in Winter Harvest; Jewish Writing in St Louis 2006-2011.
