Ms. Bracha Rutner is the Head of School at Central/YUHSG, dedicated to inspiring young women with a love for Torah, Halacha, and the Jewish community. She also serves as the Yoetzet Halacha at Kemp Mill Synagogue, combining her passion for education and Halacha. A graduate of Stern College and Nishmat’s Keren Ariel Institute, with advanced studies in Talmud and education administration, she is committed to shaping the next generation.
