Brian O'Connell is an Irish born Australian. For the past 20 years he has worked as a senior legal counsel, specializing in defense and security. This has included bids and proposals for customers in Saudi Arabia and UAE and negotiations to team with Israeli organizations. He took a course in Middle East Business Culture (UK) to better understand this environment. He would like to move from a legal role to one of a strategic consultant in foreign policy. He is considering his next article on the potential for Israel to become a more global player.
