Dalia is the sister-in-law of Iair Horn and Eitan Horn, brothers who were kidnapped from Kibbutz Nir Oz on October 7. Iair was released after 498 days. Eitan is still being held hostage. She is an educator in the Connecting the Jewish People Department at the Jewish Agency.
