Daniel “Doni” Fogel works independently at the intersection of nonprofit leadership, philanthropy, public affairs, and Israel–Diaspora relations. A senior nonprofit executive with more than 15 years of experience in global fundraising, organizational growth, and strategic partnerships across Israel and North America, he most recently served as Vice President of the Jerusalem College of Technology. Previously, he held senior roles at AIPAC and the Jewish Community Federation of Richmond. A veteran of many hundreds of days of IDF reserve service, including more than 324 days since October 7, he writes on philanthropy, leadership, Israel, public affairs, and Jewish communal life.
