Debbie co-founded and directs Hidden Sparks a coaching and teacher training program serving day schools in the US and schools in Israel to help schools better address the range of learners in classrooms, particularly the struggling learners. She is currently a fellow in the Maoz-Advot educational leadership program. She and her husband, Ben Zion, made aliyah in 2009 and are the proud parents of 6 children.
