Previous Director of Global Partnerships, Elad was heading the international department at TARA Strategic Consulting. In that capacity, Elad represented local governments (state and city level) from around the world vis a vis the state of Israel. Prior to TARA, Elad served as Chief of Staff to the Consul General of Israel to the Midwest. Elad worked closely with businesses, governmental organizations, elected officials, community organizations and civil society organizations in the US. Elad worked to strengthen the ties between the two countries and both from the decision makers level and from the grass-root level. Elad graduated his BA in Government, Diplomacy and Strategy from the IDC Herzliya with honors. Elad is a graduate of the Public Diplomacy Honors Program and holds an academic diploma in European Studies.
