A sociologist, Ezra W. Zuckerman Sivan is Alvin J. Siteman Professor of Entrepreneurship and Strategy at the MIT Sloan School of Management. His research spans a range of topics, from political misinformation, social valuation, market dynamics, and organizational structures. His main research right now is a book on the invention and spread of the seven-day week.
In addition to his academic writing, he has written opinion columns for the Jerusalem Post and essays on Hebrew Bible and rabbinic texts at the Lehrhaus.
