Frances Harimoto, M.S., HS-ESM - Past Co-President of Hadassah Hawaii and a member of Hadassah Evolve: The Next Generation, is committed to leadership, service, and strengthening Jewish communities. She is an occupational safety and health professional, emergency preparedness educator, entrepreneur, and community advocate dedicated to strengthening families and communities through education and resilience. She holds a Master of Science in Homeland Security and Emergency Services Management from Columbia Southern University and is pursuing a Doctor of Occupational Safety and Health at Columbia Southern University. Frances serves as an emergency preparedness and safety instructor, teaching First Aid, CPR, AED, and disaster preparedness while supporting organizations in building safer, more resilient workplaces and communities. She is the founder of Camp Safe & Sound, an initiative that equips children and families with age-appropriate emergency preparedness skills through engaging educational programs. She also serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in Hawaiʻi, advocating for children in foster care. As Mrs. USA Globe 2026, she uses her platform to promote preparedness, resilience, and empowering the next generation through education and community engagement.
