Dr Glenn Kolomeitz is an international law consultant and a defense analyst, and he teaches undergraduate international criminal law and international law and postgraduate military law and the law of targeting at various Australian universities. In recent years, Glenn has been investigating Russian targeting patterns in Ukraine. He has been an Australian Air Force operations officer trained in targeting, an Army military police officer and investigations manager (Reserve), an Army legal officer, and a military prosecutor. Glenn has operational experience in East Timor and Afghanistan where he advised on dynamic targeting (Predator-Reaper drones). He was also a defense policy adviser to the Australian Labor Party in Opposition.
