Idana Goldberg is the CEO of The Russell Berrie Foundation, having previously served as its Chief Program Officer. Idana, who holds a PhD in History from the University of Pennsylvania, has experience as both a grant-maker and non-profit executive, serving as a Vice President at Prizmah: Center for Jewish Day Schools and Co-Executive Director at RAVSAK, one of Prizmah's legacy organizations. She served in a number of strategic grantmaking roles at the Jewish Funders Network. She worked at the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation and is the author of Crafting a Class: College Admissions and Financial Aid, 1955-1994. Idana lives in White Plains, NY with her husband and has three children, one of whom made aliya and served as a lone solider.
