Sharona Bat-Ephraim is the founder of the non-profit organization Doreinu, which is dedicated to strengthening the Jewish identity of young professionals in the United States. Bat-Ephraim is currently the campaign manager of the Alliance of New Zionist Vision, the only truly grassroots list participating in the American World Zionist Congress elections, and with a slate composed exclusively of young adult and student activists.
