Joseph Lemkin is a New Jersey attorney and a partner with Stark & Stark. He is the founding president of the Jewish Bar Association of New Jersey. He is a cousin of Raphael Lemkin, who coined the term 'genocide' and was instrumental in the passage of the Genocide Convention.
