Rabbi Joshua Lookstein is Associate Head of School, Rabbinic Leadership, Jewish Life and Learning at the Ramaz School, an N-12, co-ed, Modern Orthodox day school in N.Y.C. Rabbi Lookstein began his career as a Judaic Studies teacher at Ramaz and as Assistant Rabbi at Congregation Kehilath Jeshurun. In between his early career and now, Rabbi Lookstein served as Head of School at Westchester Day School, a Major Gifts Officer at UJA-Federation of New York, and Executive Director of the S. Daniel Abraham Foundation. He received his BA (Philosophy), MA (Medieval Jewish History), and rabbinic ordination at Yeshiva University. He is a board member of the Organization for the Resolution of Agunot. He lives in Scarsdale, NY with his wife and 3 children.
