About Me

Lara's work focuses on a broad range of areas in Holocaust and Jewish Studies, and World literatures. Her first book, Writing Resistance and the Question of Gender: Noor Inayat Khan, Charlotte Delbo, and Germaine Tillion, was published in 2019. She teaches college courses on Holocaust literature and film at Springfield College. She recently participated in a seminar at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum for faculty members teaching college courses about Holocaust violence.
