Larry Pfeffer was born in Budapest during the Holocaust, lived in Hungary under its brutal, murderous antisemitic, Fascist, Nazi Germany allied government and after 1945 under its oppressive Communist dictatorship. He, his parents and young sister escaped to the West in late 1956 seeking freedom and found it in America. He made aliyah from New York with his wife and children, lives in Jerusalem, worked in high-tech and is dedicated to researching very large-scale strategic level rescue by a few great Jews.
