Marvin A. Chinitz, MD lives in New Rochelle NY, and is a part time associate clinical professor of gastroenterologist at Montefiore Hospital in the Bronx. He retired from full time practice 2 years ago to write a Zionist Haggadah to transform Passover to become the number 1 Zionist holiday of the Jewish calendar. Chinitz Zion Haggadah sold out its first printing. The Haggadah received great praise from Rabbi Avi Weiss, David Harris (formerly of AJC), the late Senator Joe Lieberman, and recently a brief complementary blurb from Yossi Klein-Halevi. Marvin lectures about his Haggadah at synagogues and other Jewish organizations. The Haggadah received excellent review in the Jerusalem Report in 2024.
