Nicolas Bouzou is a French economist and essayist. He is the director of the consulting firm Asterès and president of the Rencontres de l’Avenir in Saint-Raphaël, a major forum for forward-looking debates. He is a contributor to L’Express in France and La Presse in Canada. He also appears regularly on the main French radio and television channels. He is the author of about twenty books. In 2024, he published the best-seller La civilisation de la peur (XO éditions). Nicolas Bouzou has been honored as a Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite.
