About Me
Rabbi Cardin works within the Jewish and interfaith communities to craft renewed ways of visioning the ways we live: the ways we build our cities, use our land, measure the value of time and money, and see our place on earth; She founded and runs the Baltimore Orchard Project, an organization designed to reshape the landscape of cities, food access and neighborliness; She founded and runs the Baltimore Jewish Environmental Network, an organization dedicated to greening the values and behavior of the Baltimore Jewish community; She helped found and is chair of the Interfaith Partners for the Chesapeake, an interfaith organization dedicated to working on behalf of all life in the 64,000 square miles of the Chesapeake Bay watershed.
