Panos Massouris is a senior not-for-profit executive with more than 23 years of experience across human rights, social justice, refugee and asylum seeker support, community development and social cohesion. Throughout his career, he has led complex national programs, strengthened organisational capability and developed partnerships across government, philanthropy, civil society and culturally diverse communities. For more than 14 years, his work has included supporting refugees and people seeking asylum, as well as leading national initiatives for individuals affected by forced marriage and other forms of vulnerability.
Panos is recognised for bringing together strategic leadership and a deeply people-centred approach. His work is grounded in the belief that sustainable change requires more than effective programs—it requires trust, courageous leadership, strong institutions and the willingness to engage across cultural, religious and political differences. He has extensive experience navigating sensitive and complex environments, advocating for communities whose voices are often excluded, and translating frontline knowledge into broader organisational and systemic change.
He currently serves as CEO of Rozana Australia, where he leads initiatives focused on cross-community cooperation, institutional partnerships and leadership development.
